Welcome to CricSchool. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the CricSchool platform, applications, services, analytics systems, and related infrastructure operated by Infinity Wave ("Infinity Wave", "CricSchool", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using CricSchool, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Platform Overview

CricSchool is a cricket performance management and operational intelligence platform designed for professional cricket environments, including but not limited to:

• Cricket boards
• Franchises
• Academies
• Clubs
• Teams
• Coaches
• Analysts
• Physiotherapists
• Trainers
• Players
• Sports organizations

The platform may include:

• Match analytics and reporting
• Coaching and performance workflows
• Medical and rehabilitation management
• Player workload and readiness tracking
• Video and media management
• Enterprise deployment services
• API and integration capabilities
• Consulting and analytics services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use CricSchool.

Where accounts are created by organizations, cricket boards, franchises, academies, or team administrators, such organizations are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users comply with these Terms.

Organizations may manage player, coaching, medical, and operational data on behalf of athletes and staff within their authorized environments.

3. Account Registration & Organizational Access

CricSchool accounts are generally provisioned and managed through authorized organizational administrators.

Organizations are responsible for:

• Managing authorized user access
• Maintaining account security
• Ensuring accuracy of uploaded data
• Controlling internal permission structures
• Immediately reporting unauthorized access or misuse

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities conducted under their accounts.

Infinity Wave reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity or security.

4. Subscription & Commercial Terms

CricSchool operates primarily through annual subscription and enterprise deployment models.

Commercial arrangements, pricing structures, deployment scope, service levels, onboarding requirements, and support agreements may vary depending on organizational contracts and deployment scale.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are non-refundable
• Subscription access is limited to the agreed contract period
• Renewal terms may be updated upon notice
• Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in restricted or suspended access

5. User Content & Data Ownership

The CricSchool platform may allow authorized users and organizations to upload, manage, and process:

• Match data
• Performance records
• Videos
• Images
• Medical information
• Wellness data
• Coaching notes
• Reports
• Documents
• Operational records

Ownership of uploaded content remains with the respective organization, individual, team, or lawful rights holder that submitted or controls such content.

By uploading or processing content through CricSchool, users and organizations grant Infinity Wave a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, analyze, display, secure, backup, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and supporting the platform and related services.

Users and organizations are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all necessary rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority to upload and process data through the platform.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Disrupt platform operations or infrastructure
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Misrepresent identity or organizational affiliation
• Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit platform technology
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use the platform in violation of applicable privacy, sports, medical, or data protection regulations

Infinity Wave reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All CricSchool platform technology, software architecture, branding, interfaces, workflows, analytics systems, visual assets, and proprietary infrastructure are owned by Infinity Wave unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of:

• Platform software
• Databases
• Algorithms
• Analytics systems
• Product designs
• Documentation
• Branding
• Proprietary operational methodologies

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written authorization.

8. Data Security & Confidentiality

Infinity Wave implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect platform data and organizational information.

However, no system, infrastructure, or online transmission environment can be guaranteed as fully secure. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based services and digital data storage.

Organizations remain responsible for:

• Internal access control
• User permission management
• Local compliance obligations
• Data governance within their operational environments

9. Third-Party Services & Future Integrations

CricSchool may, now or in the future, integrate with third-party technologies, wearable systems, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure, APIs, payment systems, or external service providers.

Infinity Wave is not responsible for:

• Third-party platform availability
• External system failures
• Third-party data policies
• Independent service interruptions
• External provider security practices

Use of third-party integrations may also be subject to separate third-party terms and policies.

10. Platform Availability

Infinity Wave does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to CricSchool.

Platform maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure events, security updates, or operational disruptions may temporarily affect availability.

Infinity Wave reserves the right to:

• Modify platform features
• Introduce or discontinue services
• Update technical requirements
• Restrict access where necessary for operational, legal, or security purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Infinity Wave shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunity
• Data loss
• Operational disruption
• Reputational damage
• Performance outcomes
• Injury-related decisions
• Selection decisions
• Medical or training decisions made using platform data

CricSchool is an operational support platform and does not replace independent professional judgment from coaches, medical practitioners, physiotherapists, trainers, or organizational leadership.

In all circumstances, Infinity Wave's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the applicable customer for the relevant subscription or service during the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Indemnification

Users and organizations agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Wave, its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Unauthorized use of the platform
• Uploaded content
• Data ownership disputes
• Regulatory violations
• Misuse of player or medical information

13. Suspension & Termination

Infinity Wave reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where:

• These Terms are violated
• Security risks are identified
• Payment obligations remain outstanding
• Platform misuse occurs
• Legal or regulatory obligations require action

Termination may result in restricted access to uploaded data subject to applicable contractual arrangements and legal obligations.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the platform, or related services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, such disputes shall be subject to arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Changes to These Terms

Infinity Wave may update or modify these Terms periodically to reflect:

• Platform changes
• Legal requirements
• Operational updates
• Security practices
• Commercial developments

Updated versions will be published on the platform with revised effective dates.

Continued use of CricSchool after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
